Thirty young people from all over Europe stayed in our field for a week. We learned what it's like to live in a village and what difficulties there are. We exchanged ideas, made new friends and became a team.
In addition, we saw how we can produce our own food in the garden, made our own cheese in a traditional way, and created our own soap.
Finally, we visited the twin waterfalls of Agia Sophia and the president of Spartias gave us a tour of the village and showed us how the tsipouro production process works.
