🍃Ελάτε να περάσουμε μαζί 3 ημέρες στη φύση κάνοντας γιόγκα, αφήνοντας ό,τι μας βαραίνει στο δάσος, τρώγοντας υπέροχα χορτοφαγικά φαγητά και περνώντας χρόνο στο eco-project Yamochori!🙏
Το πρόγραμμα περιλαμβάνει: 6 yoga classes, meditation & breath work, forest bathing, βιωματικές ασκήσεις, πεζοπορίες, 3 γεύματα την ημέρα ( κουζίνα vegetarian και επιλογές vegan) ,snacks και πολλές εκπλήξεις!
Το βράδυ μας θα κλείνει με κύκλο ευγνωμοσύνης γύρω από τη φωτιά.🔥
👉Με άφιξη Παρασκευή 30 Μαϊου το πρωί και αναχώρηση 2 Ιουνίου νωρίς το πρωί!
