This is the reason why we consider to integrate into our small community additional volunteers through the ESC program. Our organization already have volunteers through other internationals networks, but we believe that the ESC program will enhance its longevity. Our field operates as the village square as it is open to everyone without a fence, is a meeting point and interaction, a school for the development of farming methods for farmers, building techniques for the builders, improving learning and teaching methods for teachers, raising awareness about climate crisis, recycling, zero waste, processing, composting etc.
